Hosting Layer

The Hosting Layer in Webhash Protocol ensures permanent, censorship-resistant, and decentralized hosting of websites. Unlike traditional Web3 hosting, which relies on centralized pinning services, Webhash removes single points of failure by distributing website data across an incentivized, trustless network of nodes.

This layer leverages:

  1. Selective Replication – Ensures optimal storage distribution and redundancy.

  2. On-Chain Content Registry – Provides transparency and verifiability of stored data.
